Nikon sign cross-licensing deal with Redmond

JAPANESE imaging giant Nikon has signed a patent cross-licensing agreement with Microsoft to further the development of each company’s current and future product lines.

A low-power memory card that automatically downloads photos wirelessly from a camera to a PC has won the prestigious Last Gadget Standing competition at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
 
HP cranks inkjet print speeds
HEWLETT-Packard has unveiled a swag of hardware and software printing products, including two colour inkjet-based multifunction office devices it says can print up to 70 pages per minute.
